Balance Books offers service and value at an affordable price.
The Online Office is Balance Books' core offering. We customize a desktop for each user that looks and acts like a local desktop. Software programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks are included with the Online Office.
Balance Books encourages clients to use the programs hosted in their Online Office the same way they would use the programs on a local machine; use the Calendar, compose documents in Word, and save files to the Desktop. It’s your space to use, and it’s potentially more secure than your local network.

Best for small businesses
This package is catered to new and smaller businesses looking to get started on the right foot.
Includes 1 Online Office user login and 1 hour of QuickBooks assistance/month.

Silver Package:
Best for growing businesses
This package is catered to expanding businesses with 1 or more employees.
Includes 1 Online Office user login, bimonthly payroll for 3 employees, and 4 hours of QuickBooks assistance/month.

Gold Package:
Best for established businesses with 4 or more employees that use the QuickBooks software in-house to manage day-to-day operations.
Includes 2 Online Office user logins, bimonthly payroll for up to 6 employees, and 6 hours of QuickBooks assistance/month.
